you have ever had the pleasure of walking along Old Dock Road in West Falmouth
on Cape Cod,
you will recognize this beautiful view. The gentleman who owns this property
always has the loveliest roses in the area. You will find a riot of color
beginning in June and it continues through out the summer. The bridge in
the middle ground spans over a pretty little inlet and the road continues on to
Chapoquoit Beach, site of memorable sunsets. The peace and beauty of this view
and the scent of salt air and roses were the inspiration for this painting.
