Return Policy:
Please choose your artwork
carefully. We do not have a cash return or cancellation policy.
Day Hill Fine Art will replace any
damaged print with the same print. Damaged Original Paintings will be given a
gallery credit. Please notify us immediately upon receipt if your shipment is
damaged. Please specify exactly what type of damage has occurred and we will
issue an RGA number. As soon as we receive your damaged shipment we will ship
you another print or in the case of original paintings, a gallery credit. We
suggest that you use a traceable delivery method, such as UPS or Fed-Ex. The
customer is responsible for shipping charges unless your shipment is damaged.

returns will be refused. Unauthorized cancellations or returns will be charged
freight and a 50% restocking charge.
Delivery Time and
Processing:
Each piece purchased online at Day
Hill Fine Art is shipped to you directly from the gallery. Please allow 2-3
weeks from the time of your order for delivery unless otherwise specified. If
this is a rush order, please contact the gallery with your requirements and we
will do our best to accommodate your required ship date. Other charges may apply
to rush orders. If there is a delay for any reason we will e-mail you, or call
you.
Processing Time: 5-10 Business
Days
Transit (Shipping) Time : Up
to 7 Days within the contiguous United States. (Weekends are not counted) 2
weeks to Alaska and Hawaii. We ship via Fed Ex Ground and UPS home delivery.
Shipping is available Monday Thru Friday. Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air is
available at an added charge. Remember to order early in advance for special
occasions, gift purchases, and the holiday season. Please Note: Shipping is
F.O.B. North Falmouth, Massachusetts 02556.
Cancelled Orders:
We have a "No Cancellation
Policy". No Cancellations will be accepted. Orders placed with Day Hill Fine Art
are processed immediately to insure you the fastest delivery time possible.
Shipping and Handling:
Original Oil Paintings will
require special handling and packaging and there may be additional shipping
costs for these items. If this applies to an item that you are ordering, the
shipping and handling costs will be reflected in the shopping cart prior to
checking out.
Our carrier of choice is UPS; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for
delivery. For shipment outside of the United States, please contact us at the
gallery.

All Limited Edition Prints and Original Art are carefully packaged for shipment
at Day Hill Fine Art. Prints and Original Art will be insured at their total
value.
